Every plan includes dedicated onboarding support, ongoing training resources, and access to our customer success team at no extra cost. Free historical data migration — your most recent 12 months of booking history, plus all client, provider, and admin profiles, are imported free as part of onboarding. Booking records older than 12 months (measured from your go-live date) can be migrated at a one-time rate of $0.10 per booking record.
