You are also required to read our Terms and Conditions and print a copy each for future reference. By your use of the SaaS Product and your submission of the requested personal information, you hereby agree to how we process your information as described in this Policy. if you do not agree, you should not submit information.

  • WHAT INFORMATION DOES ECLIPSE SCHEDULING COLLECT FROM YOU?

2.1 We collect information from and about users of our Product:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically when you use the Product.

2.2 Information that you provide to us (“personal information”) when you register to purchase our SaaS Product may include:

  • First Name, Last Name;
  • Email Address;

  • Banking information, credit card, and debit card number

  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
  • Details of transactions you carry out when you make payment to Eclipse Scheduling.
  • WHAT DOES ECLIPSE SCHEDULING USE INFORMATION COLLECTED FOR?

Any information collected by us is for a purpose in relation to your use of our Product, including for providing the services, processing, and delivering your orders.

  • Provide Services to you: We collect information to send you email about your registration, perform tasks required to complete a transaction, provide customer support, or provide other types of customer relationship management and fulfillment. We may also use your information to optimize or improve our Services and operations, for example, training and quality assurance.
  • Fulfilling legal and compliance obligations:We collect information to fulfill our legal obligations. Examples of this may include satisfying regulatory screening requirements in connection with entity formations, responding to subpoenas and other legal requests for information, and maintaining records as required in our role as Registered Agent. We may also collect information to detect fraud or other suspicious activity.
  • Analytics: We collect information for use in performing various types of analytics. For example, we use the information to analyze how visitors interact with our Product, where visitors to our Product arrive from and exit to, pages visited, links clicked, text entered and mouse movements to understand site usage, to detect fraud and potential threats and improve our services.
  • To communicate with you: We collect your email address and phone number to (i) contact you regarding your use of our Product, (ii) respond to your questions, complaints, and queries, and (iii) send you updates regarding our services or this Policy and other agreements;
  • For other purposes through your consent: We may also process your information for some other reasons which your consent will be sought before we process such information. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
  • RECIPENTS AND TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES

We may appoint third parties – data processors to perform some of the personal data processing operations, however only for the purposes specified in this Policy, on a basis of written agreement and under statutory conditions.

Otherwise, we do not transfer or disclose your Personal Data to any third parties unless you have consented otherwise under this Policy or initiated the disclosure or except as required by the applicable laws.

Sharing your Personal Data with other users of Eclipse Scheduling is completely under your control.

For the transfer of personal data to the USA, there is no Commission decision on adequate protection and therefore the transfer is carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards in the form of standard data protection contractual clauses as approved by the European Commission. A copy of your Personal data can be obtained from the data processors through the Provider.

What are the lawful bases for processing personal data? The lawful bases for processing are set out in Article 6 of the GDPR. At least one of these must apply whenever we process personal data.   •  To manage your account, including processing payments and providing notifications, should this service be introduced within the Product (such processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you and is necessary for our legitimate interests (to process payments).

5.3 The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Product and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns (such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (for running our services and to study how users use our Product).
  •  Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Product according to your individual interests (such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (for running our services).
  •  Speed up your searches (such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (for running our services).

5.4 We may also use your information to contact you about news, offers, notifications, surveys, information, goods and services that we think may be of interest to you (such processing is done with your consent and is necessary for our legitimate interests (to develop our products/services and grow our business)). We give you the option to consent to such emails when you sign up for the Product. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please do not consent. You may adjust your user preferences in your account profile.

5.5We have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure.

5.6The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Product, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Product like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Product.

5.7 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Product. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

5.8 If you suspect that there has been a breach of the security of your data you should contact us at: and include details of:

5.9 On notification of such a breach we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate and required by law, notify the relevant Data Protection Regulator.

  • INTERNATIONAL USE OF THE SAAS PRODUCT

This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on our Product from residents of the United States. If you are using the Product from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Please be assured that we seek to take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy is protected. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this privacy policy.

  •  TECHNICAL DATA

You acknowledge that Provider may collect and use technical data, including but not limited to information about your mobile device and system, Internet connection or your use of Eclipse Scheduling application. The purpose of the collection of technical data is to ensure quality, increase your comfort and further analyze and develop Eclipse Scheduling and related services.

Technical data is anonymous and stored separately from the Personal Data, therefore it cannot be linked back to you in any way in order to identify you.

  • HOW PERSONAL DATA IS SHARED AND WITH WHOM

Eclipse Scheduling does not sell or share your personal information to third parties but may share your information if need arises such as the following:

  •  To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our Product users is among the assets transferred.

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account

  • YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO PERSONAL DATA.
  • You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Product and visiting your account settings page.

  • If you delete your User Contributions from the Product, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Product users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Product, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms and Conditions.
  • INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

The information we hold about you may, from time-to-time, be transferred or shared with Contractors and subsidiaries located outside the EEA and EU for the purposes described in this Policy. When we transfer information in this manner, your personal information will also be subject to the policies set out in this Policy and other safeguards provided by law. For example, we will only share information with any Contractor in the US if such a Contractor signs an agreement with us or is a part of the US Privacy Shield.

  • CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act was created to protect children under the age of 13 from unsuspecting acts or practices in conjunction with collecting, using, and disclosing any information about them. Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through our Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian or otherwise believe we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us so that we can delete the child’s information. The Services will never knowingly accept, collect, maintain or use any information from a child under the age of 13.
