Background

Sinan was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the Bosnian War and is fluent in Bosnian/Croatian. His family fled to Florida in the early 2000s. From an early age he had a knack for learning – if he didn’t know something he would always make it his goal to find the answer! His family nicknamed him the ‘jack of all trades,’ because he always seemed to know something about everything.

As his schooling progressed, he became interested in business, completely diving into the industry leaders such as Tony Robbins, Andrew Carnegie and Steve Jobs. During his college education, Sinan frequently attended keynotes and speaking events, primarily on the topics of technology, business and real estate.

He began his professional career in 2015, when he started climbing the ladder to become a Senior Customer Success Manager at a small software company specialized in both marketing and HR software. This was Sinan’s first taste of a business environment where he could make independent decisions that had a positive impact on the company.

After learning all he could in the customer success space, Sinan’s focus turned to learning about marketing, SEO, and optimizing the sales experience. In May of 2017 he began working as a Business Analyst, where he would lead developmental projects, as well as conduct research and analysis to better help the business make sound development decisions.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, more specifically Covid-19, his career took a pivot in 2020. He decided to tackle a new path and began working as a paralegal in February of 2020, where he learned the ins and outs of the legal industry and learned life long skills along the way.

However, Sinan did not see the legal field as a career for the foreseeable future, more so a stepping stone to soak up more information and use it to better traject his career. In May of 2022, Sinan stepped away from the paralegal profession, but stayed in the legal space as a support manager for a case management software company.

Sinan quickly rose to become the head of customer support in the latter of 2022. In February of 2023 Sinan began a new journey where he could apply all his skills and experience to helping grow a company in the interpreting and accessibility service management space, specifically as an implementation specialist.

Hobbies & Interests

When Sinan isn’t reading a book or listening to a podcast he can be found either at the gym or spending time with his family. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has a 16-month old daughter. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, staying active and gaining as much experience as he can.

Responsibilities

Sinan oversees research of clients and leads interested in product demos and prepares customized demo experiences to address industry and operational pain points. Sinan also conducts product demos with quality leads, proposing platform features and tools to meet clients’ evolving needs. Additionally, Sinan collects feedback from leads and clients and proposes solutions to the Eclipse product development team. Finally, Sinan conducts and oversees new client on-boarding, including account setup, troubleshooting and training, and develops company training and sales materials for the Eclipse Scheduling product.
